Eric went beyond our expectations, through the whole prosses I feel like we made a lifelong friend. We were buying and selling our home at the same time, so this was a very stressful, complicated process, at least for me. This was our nest egg so it was important for us to get it right. Eric kept on top of things and reassured me everything would work out, especially threw the hard times. Once we found a buyer we started shopping for our new home right away, we found one fast and it was exactly what my wife and I were looking for, not knowing we were in for a bumpy ride along the way. The seller agreed to a contingence and we were able to get some things repaired with Erics help, it was hard to imagine everything was going to line up, it just seemed way too easy. Turned out it was not so easy after all. Our buyer was out of the country adding a layer of complication, everything was on a short timeline and there were a couple times it did not seem it was going to work out. We were pretty stressed out at times due to some issues, with Erics expertise we got through them, he was able to getting us in our new home even though our buyers’ paperwork was lost in the mail. Also, the seller didn’t fully keep to his word nor did his agent. My wife and I were bit frustrated with them both, we thought we could trust the other agent after he gave my wife his word and a handshake. He promised to make everything right, however he did not and still isn’t. Eric on the other hand stepped up when he didn’t have too and came through making everything right, he even brought his son to help us move due to a very strange situation we found ourselves in. It seemed like one thing after another just kept coming up but Eric is a man of his word and made us feel much better about everything going wrong, after everything we went through I can say I fully trust him. It’s now been over a week in our new home and he continues to checking in on us to make sure everything is good.

Eric has an ability to bring humor to any situation. We had a few struggles, as do many who sell and purchase homes. Eric was our calm in the storm. He was professional, spoke honestly about our options, shared solutions, and gave us as many resources as possible. He kept us completely informed of everything and was extremely timely. I could not have asked for a better Realitor. We will refer him to all our family and friends, we trust him that much. Excellent person and Excellent Realitor!

Buying a house can be stressful, that's why it's so important to have someone you can trust actually go through the process with you. We felt like Eric was our agent but he quickly became our friend. Through the highs and lows, Eric was there for us through the whole process, from getting our house prepared before we listed, to the showings, house sale and purchase of our new home. Eric was always available with any questions we had. My husband & I, even our kids, are sad to see our meetings come to an end. He knows what his client is looking for, even if we don't communicate that well. He works hard for his clients and treats them like they are his only priority. He has said before, something to the effect, that he likes working with one family at a time, so he can spend all his time and energy on them. He's about the relationship and helping you find your perfect home, not about the quick sale. Eric knows the market and honestly there is no one else we would trust more than him. In the future he is our only choice for an agent. Trust him, you'll be glad you did.
