Most Kind, Patient, Responsive, Understanding Agent!

Working with Eric has been a great pleasure! My husband and I met Eric in the Spring of 2023 looking for our first home and he was so quick to help us start getting an idea of what we wanted. Something I will never forget is what Eric shared when thinking about the 'right house'. He told us, first we are buying into the community/area and second we are buying a home and that is something very important to never forget when choosing the right home. We ended up buying our first starter home in a non-conventional way, through an auction but when we were ready to sell and buy our forever home, Eric was more than happy to help us. He made the process so smooth and easy. He was on top of everything that needed to be done and made sure we knew all the details we needed to know as first time sellers. We went to see many houses and we always felt supported about what was best for us. Eric is a an all around amazing person and anyone would be lucky to have him as their agent.
