Eric far exceeded the expectations I had when my wife and I selected him to be our Seller's Agent. He quickly established his credibility and gained our confidence by explaining the selling process and the options we had for selling, explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each. Most importantly he gave us the time required to carefully explore each option. My schedule was dominated by medical appointments and Eric patiently worked with us over a 6 month period while I decided to finally list the property for sale. Once offers came in Eric explained each, helping us decide which was best and would net us the most money. Eric even drove 100+ miles to come out to our home to teach us how to use the software required to review and complete the required paperwork for the selected offer. My medical condition precluded my going to the property for sale and Eric took care of everything, often having to go to the property to meet service technicians. His knowledge of the market and his advise given allowed us to net more money in the end, and the difference exceeded the costs associated with hiring him as our agent.
