This was my first time buying a home. Eric's knowledge of the process is outstanding and he helped me every step of the way. He knew what to look out for when we were looking at various homes and was completely honest when it came to house that we should be careful about. He knew the areas that we were looking in very well. Best of all was his responsiveness. If I found a house that I wanted to take a look at (on one of the many tools that he gave me to browse through) he made sure to get us in that day. If it wasn't possible to get in that day, he got us in at the soonest time possible that was convenient for me. Eric is outstanding. He goes out of his way and shows that he really cares for his clients. I wasn't sure I would be able to get the house I wanted after being misled by my first lender, but Eric remained patient and continued negotiations with the seller and because of that I was able to get the home I truly wanted. I will certainly recommend Eric to anyone looking for an agent either for buying or selling!
