I am so glad I chose Eric for the sale of my house. My house was on the East side of the state and I live on the West side of the state. Eric made everything so easy for me, including handling my tenants who did not want to move. Once we had a signed purchase agreement, he sent each of them a 30 day letter to notify them of the need to move. In addition, he was very professional and courteous with them at all times. Eric was able to get me a very high selling price, much higher than the other realtors that viewed the property. He has very savvy negotiation skills and does not promise anything he can not deliver.
