Eric is fantastic. He recently sold my Capitol Hill home. His attentiveness to detail and responsiveness was unmatched. He would always address any concerns I had in a timely manner. I was living an hour away and Eric made sure he took care of details that I could just not manage myself. From getting the house's ready for the market to staging to listing, he was there for the entire process. The house was under contract immediately after the open house. He is really an amazing, kind individual and excellent realtor. I cannot say enough nice things. Highly recommend.
