We learned of Eric from a friend and could tell from the first meeting that he was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. We enjoyed working with him through the entire selling process; in spite of our being 1000mi away from the property and out of the country during the bulk of the negotiations, Eric kept us appraised of updates, quickly and effectively set up showings and found us a buyer. We ended the deal satisfied with the experience.

Eric is honest, very nice and tells it to you straight. I really appreciated the honesty - if a house didn't look right or wasn't a good fit, he voiced his concerns. I worked with an agent before who was really pushy, said everything is a great fit and if we want to make an offer. Eric was the opposite: We took our time and looked at many properties but he always remained calm, came and opened up on short notice (i think we had a 4h turnaround) and it felt like we could trust him with our concerns. He is on top of it, alwyas called around and helped us through the whole process. He has good connections to other agents, different investigators (will get you some price reductions), and also to a loan agent and a tax agent. Eric helped us through the whole process and in the end got us a good deal on a house by fighting for some extra repairs and a lower overall price. I am not sure what else an agent could do for me to be honest. I would always (and I have already) recommend Eric ! This guy is awesome!!

Eric was very communicable with us and really fought for our price. Our house sold in one day even with the COVID restrictions in place (no open houses etc). We actually sold the property for more than we expected

He was very patient, attentive, and delivered all of the facts to you so that you can make a sound decision. He also always made time for you, regardless of how busy his schedule was already (which he is super busy). Highly recommend Eric.

Eric is the best agent anyone can ask for. He is honest and always on top of things. As first time home buyers my wife and I had countless questions and we were nervous about many things. He was very patient and guided us every step of the way. I cannot praise him enough and would definitely recommend him to anyone who is buying or selling houses!
