Eric Axe

Eric was amazing before, during and after the entire process of selling my dad's house. A great communicator and very knowledgeable about the area. A pleasure to work with and highly recommend.

Eric Axe did a great job selling my mother’s home. His marketing was very well done. The house sold in 2 days. No issues with settlement. Everything went really well. Thank you Eric

Eric was amazing to work with. He made the process of selling my house easy and walked me through it when I had many questions. He was always available, and super pleasant to work with. He helped us sell quickly and fairly. I would 100% recommend him to anyone wanting to sell their home and buy a new one.

Eric was well versed in trends and pricing. He quickly got me on the market and sold within10 days! Much faster than I expected and a short closing. Made the next 3 weeks very stressful in order to get everything packed and out, but everything went very smoothly and a lovely lady is now living in my home.

Eric was great to work with from start to finish. He was professional, responsive, and stayed on top of everything throughout the process. His communication was clear and consistent, which made a big difference and helped me feel confident at every step. His knowledge of the area and surrounding neighborhoods was a huge asset and helped guide my decisions. He made the process as smooth as possible. I’d recommend Eric to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable agent who truly knows the market and communicates well.

It was a long endevour but Eric stuck with us through it all and helped us find our home. He navigated us through the selling process, was with us when we wanted to look at potential homes, and got us into our home. He has knowledge gained thorugh his many years of experience and it shows. There is so much to consider, plan for, and then make an informed decision on the subject matter. Our experience was the best. Thanks
