Enrica Zeggio was the listing agent on my house that just sold here in Kirkland, Wa. I can't say enough positive things about how professional, thorough, and detailed she was, constantly keeping me updated on market conditions. I always felt she had her client's (me) interest at heart at all times. What's more she leased my ADU three times thoroughly vetting prospective renters and making sure all the "I"s were dotted and "T"s were crossed on each contract. She also helped me sell a lot of mine up in Snohomish County, Wa. If she had one "fault" lt's that she's tooooooo honest. If she tried to tell a lie her tongue would get tied in a knot! Having been a builder most of my life, I can attest to the difficulty of finding an honest R.E. broker. She's a diamond in the rough.

Enrica did an excellent job selling our home. The photography and virtual tour were outstanding as was the overall marketing, pricing and negotiation strategy. We wanted a rapid sale. The property was listed on a Tuesday with an offer review date the following weekend. We received many offers - all over the asking price - and closed a few weeks later.

We sold our home in October 2020 with Enrica (we also used her to purchase the same home in 2017). We gave Enrica a tall order to get our home listed in just over a week's time as our decision to move happened faster than we had originally planned. She was amazing and was able to coordinate everything from the photography, 3-D tour, marketing material, and more. Our house looked amazing both in person and in pictures because of Enrica. We originally set an offer review date for the Tuesday after the first weekend on the market. We had plenty of traffic on the first day and got an offer well over asking price and accepted in less than 24 hours of being on the market. We would 100% recommend Erica to anyone looking to either buy or sell.
