They say when life gives you lemons, try making a lemonade. Well, life threw some lemons my way recently, and I can tell you that lemonade tastes way better if you have Enrica on your side. Having sold the previous house under distress and not being able to find decent rental for several desperate, tense weeks, quite surprisingly a small condo popped up on the market with a very short fuse, so to speak. Open House was Sunday afternoon, and sellers were planning to open offers in couple of days. Brain engaged full throtle and told me: You gotta call Enrica - like right now. So glad I did. She immediately started digging all relevant information about the property, as well as well kept secrets in terms of neighborhood, future developments around it, etc. Stuff that I normally would have no idea that I should be even checking.
