We had the joy of working with Emmett for the second time! Two years ago Emmett helped us snag the very first house we bid on, during an extremely competitive market. This year we were eager to work with Emmett again when my mother in law decided to move up and join us in Providence. Emmett was extremely communicative from the get-go and made sure to understand our needs, as well as developing a relationship with my mother in law who was joining our search from afar. During a challenging negotiation process he held the line and was a no-nonsense advocate for us as buyers. Emmett helped my partner and I find the perfect first home for us.
