Emily is the best! She knows her market and how to navigate it. She has great negotiating skills and brought us an offer above the asking price. She was responsive to our needs, questions, budget, and timeline. Emily has many contacts in the local area, such as electricians, home inspectors, stagers, and photographers. She recommended people who helped prepare, stage, and market our home. The photographer used a drone for pictures of the exterior of our home and property, capturing its proximity to a lake and the ocean. He also took amazing photos of the interior, showcasing the unique aspects of it, and putting it in its best light. Emily also found a new home for us which meets our changing needs. She did a wonderful job all around, is easy to work with, flexible, and a clear communicator.
