Emily did an outstanding job as our agent when I recently sold my deceased sister’s home in South Dennis. Because this was an estate sale there were additional complexities, but Emily helped us at every step of the way. She really went above and beyond for us throughout the whole process. Because I lived in another state, she offered to be my ‘boots on the ground’, helping me with local contractors and other needed services. She also saved the day when we had a last minute crisis. During the final walk-through, the buyers discovered some things in the attic that I had not known were there. Emily quickly arranged to have everything removed that same day, so that the closing would not be delayed. Emily is very knowledgeable about the Cape Cod market. She helped us price the house appropriately. She did a beautiful job of staging the house and conducted 2 open houses the first weekend the house was on the market.
