Emily is well versed in both the nature of the market, and on various areas/neighborhoods in each town. We moved from one town to the next, not because we were dissatisfied with our home or town, but because we were downsizing due to retirement. We sold our home for more than the asking price, and bought another with the help of Emily's considerable knowledge and her networking skills. She is friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. We were completely satisfied with her communication skills, expertise of the area and the market, and her negotiating abilities. Would definitely work with her again.
