It was 2 months after initial contact with Emily before we are ready to sell. She was patient with a very understanding heart. Emily listed our property on a Thursday and we had an offer on the same day. She had planned an open house for a few days later, but we chose to accept the offer before the open house. Emily worked with us to ensure that our house was ready before listing, and she was also able to provide someone to do a pre-inspection for us and to also do some small repairs on our property.
