Emily just sold our house as the market was cooling down. She has a good eye for things that need to be done, and the connections to do them. She was very responsive, kept us informed of what was happening and made signing the required documents very easy. At one point the buyers were dragging their feet, and Emily resolved that quickly.We were extremely happy with the service Emily provided. And would recommend her to any neighbor or friend needing her service.A real estate deal can be the biggest deal of your life, do not trust it to a beginner !

The best way to summarize my experience is ----- Emily cared for me like I was her only child..... I could throw around the usual adjectives: friendly, courteous, professional, etc., but then how would I describe her HIKING up the side of a MOUNTAIN to get a cell signal in order to accomodate a difficult seller ? Emily was with family, camping near Yosemite, on the weekend, and she knew how much I wanted to lock in my offer. This was how Emily treated every roadbump we hit along the path to Homeownership.
