Emily just sold our house as the market was cooling down. She has a good eye for things that need to be done, and the connections to do them. She was very responsive, kept us informed of what was happening and made signing the required documents very easy. At one point the buyers were dragging their feet, and Emily resolved that quickly.We were extremely happy with the service Emily provided. And would recommend her to any neighbor or friend needing her service.A real estate deal can be the biggest deal of your life, do not trust it to a beginner !

Emily is very experienced in what she does and knows the area very well. With her help and expertise, everything went smoothly from cleaning and prepping our property to listing/selling and closing. She’s also on top of all the communications, giving prompt and detailed updates throughout the whole process. Can’t wait to work with her again when we buy a home!

The best way to summarize my experience is ----- Emily cared for me like I was her only child..... I could throw around the usual adjectives: friendly, courteous, professional, etc., but then how would I describe her HIKING up the side of a MOUNTAIN to get a cell signal in order to accomodate a difficult seller ? Emily was with family, camping near Yosemite, on the weekend, and she knew how much I wanted to lock in my offer. This was how Emily treated every roadbump we hit along the path to Homeownership. Thank you so much Emily ! There is no other Real Estate Professional that my family will use from now on. I guess literally climbing mountains for clients isn’t descriptive enough to get this review published, so ….. ….agent was on time for appointments, negotiated well with other agents and always followed up with emails.
