Hi, I’m Emily (Guggisberg) Farmer—a lifelong Fremont resident and licensed Realtor since 2017. Being born and raised here, I truly understand what makes our community such a special place to call home.
After graduating from Fremont Ross High School, I continued my education at Terra State Community College, where I pursued real estate and discovered my passion for helping people through one of life’s biggest moments—buying or selling a home.
I got my start as an assistant with the Wendt Key Team, learning the ins and outs of the business from experienced professionals. With a customer service background that began at a young age, I’ve built my career on being dependable, approachable, and always putting my clients first.
I am proud to have earned my GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute) designation, demonstrating my commitment to continued education and providing a higher level of service to my clients.
In 2025, I was honored to receive the Ohio Realtors President’s Sales Club Award of Achievement for the first time—a reflection of the hard work and care I put into every client relationship.
I’m also a proud mom to Brooks and Brynne, and they are truly the heart of everything I do. In my free time, you’ll usually find me spending time with my kids or staying active and working out. I know first hand how important it is to find not just a house, but a place where your family can grow and feel at home.
Whether you’re buying your first home, moving up, or getting ready for your next chapter, my goal is to make the process feel comfortable, straightforward, and even a little exciting along the way.
If you’re thinking about making a move, I’d love to help. Feel free to reach out anytime by call or text at 567-201-5012—I look forward to working with you!
