This is my second time using Emily. As usual, she was professional, prompt, thorough and took care of all of the details. She scheduled inspections, estimates, staging, repairs, and communicated with other agents without even being asked. She has cultivated a great network of service providers as well. She makes a very stressful time so much more manageable and easy. I could not recommend her more.

With this being my first time buying a home and my first time going through the new build process, Emily was super helpful by answering questions along the way as well as advocating/acting as the bridge between me and the builder/lender. She was very knowledgeable and knew what questions to ask and when. Would highly recommend if you are looking for someone to help walk you through the home buying process!

Emily helped my fiance and I purchase our first home. She showed us around 10 homes and continued to tell us "you'll feel it when you know." I had provided lots of suggestions of houses we wanted to view, but the home we chose was her suggestion, not mine. She was right. We felt this was our home when we walked in. As first time buyers we hadn't a clue the ins and outs of making a competitive offer in a market like 2020 / 2021. Emily guided us perfectly and our offer was accepted. But Emily didn't stop there. She held our hand through the inspection, suggesting handyman services, carpet cleaning, and answered all questions leading up to closing and at the closing table. She also texted us a week after moving in to make sure all was still going well. CHOOSE EMILY. I highly recommend her to anyone I speak to.

Emily was an absolute gem to work with. In the gentlest way possible, she helped guide me toward cleaning up & de-cluttering my house to get to the best state for showing the house. She worked with us through a reasonable timeline for getting our home on the market, even providing recommendations  for house/carpet cleaners, handymen, etc. ahead of time. Our house had a ton of traffic the very first day on the market based on her recommended price point and we had multiple offers within the first 24 hours on the market - all over list price! She stayed super attentive through the the sale process, inspection, appraisal, and closing. When we ran into some unexpected & unavoidable issues, the Carpenter team was there to help us out with making calls and being available for our fixes when our schedules didn't allow for it. We closed on time and everything went very smoothly through that process, since all the work leading up to that had been done thoroughly & in a very organized manner. Emily is one of the kindest & most organized individuals I know. She responds to every question (email, calls, texts at all times of day!) super promptly and politely - every interaction with her is done with a smile! She also helped us through the buying our new home, and although we do NOT plan on moving again for a very long time now that we have found our dream home/forever home, if we had to do so, we would most certainly list our home with Emily again.

Emily expertly guided us through the process of concurrently selling and building a new home. She provided great insight into the local real estate market and positioned our home to sell in the time frame that was appropriate. We would recommend her highly!

Emily was fantastic to work with and goes above and beyond to make sure you find the perfect home. She accommodated our hectic schedules, provided great insight and info, and checked in/updated us regularly. I highly recommend Emily to those searching for their new home. As first time home buyers  we were nervous but she was there for us every step of the way and made sure everything went smoothly.

Emily Dyer Humphrey is an AWESOME realtor! She is knowledgeable, informative, and very friendly. She's great to work with and helped make our house hunting and home purchasing process ten times less stressful for me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Emily was amazing! She was great to work with and provided extremely useful advice to us as first time home buyers. With her help, we were able to secure our dream home, in the middle of a global pandemic! I can not recommend her enough!

Emily was fsntastic! She put an enormous ammount of effort into finding us a great home and we are forever grateful. We had a tough time finding a place we though would work for us and she did an amazing job narrowing down choices thst were not for us. Saved us so much time and effort.

I can't praise Emily enough. A top notch professional in the field. Highly recommend and look forward to working with her in the future. Who would have thought selling a house could be stress free? Any moments of worry were immediately eased by her knowledgeable answers and direction. Fair and honest! Easy to work with and always responsive! A great partner in an important and seemimgly daunting financial transaction.

Fantastic experience. Trustworthy. Competent. Knowledgeable. Nice. Nothing negative to say. Closed a couple weeks ago, and Emily is still helpful. The first day we met, we hit eight houses. It was a marathon. My first time buying a house, start to finish, and she made sure I was aware of everything that I should be.

Emily was the best realtor! She always answered any concern I had and she knew exactly what she was doing throughout the entire home selling process! She was extremely kind and did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend her!
