She is attentive, efficient, organized, helpful, extremely knowledgeable and very caring. She made sure we knew exactly what to do and helped make it happen. She did NOT stop helping even after we signed the purchase agreement. She stayed with us every step of the way until the sale was completed and even afterwards has been a great resource. Emily knows how to close. She has now bought and sold two duplexes and bought a house for me and sold a house for me. Throughout this whole process she has consistently been highly communicative, very persistent, tough when necessary, and able to deal with my “quirks”.
