(limited reps and warranties; nonnegotiable addendum that obviated many of the purchase protections in the standard Pennsylvania purchase and sale agreement, odd title insurance offer which had to be navigated). Very knowledgeable about the local market, for both purchase and rental market (important to me as the purchase was an investment property). Incredibly responsive (via email, text or mobile). If she did not know the answer to a particular question, she acknowledged that (which I appreciate--most real estate agents don't do this, much to my chagrin) and found out the right answer. This was my second purchase with Emily representing us; looking forward to the next engagement with her.
