Emily represented me in a purchase of house owned by one of the lending arms of the US government; accordingly, it was not a normal transaction. (limited reps and warranties; nonnegotiable addendum that obviated many of the purchase protections in the standard Pennsylvania purchase and sale agreement, odd title insurance offer which had to be navigated). Emily is the best. Completely on top of the situation at all times. Always presenting potential issues and options. Very knowledgeable about the local market, for both purchase and rental market (important to me as the purchase was an investment property). Incredibly responsive (via email, text or mobile). If she did not know the answer to a particular question, she acknowledged that (which I appreciate--most real estate agents don't do this, much to my chagrin) and found out the right answer. This was my second purchase with Emily representing us; looking forward to the next engagement with her.

Emily showed up on time for our meetings and came prepared with facts. She demonstrated her ability to research the area and I was confident in her knowledge. Emily presented herself professionally and I would not hesitate to work with her again.

Emily Dolan always conducted herself in a very professional manner and helped my wife and me immensely with preparing our house so that we could sell it in a timely fashion. eg: making recommendations on what to do and who to hire to complete the work. She was very responsive when we needed to speak to her with things like progress reports and questions.

She helped us find and close on our 1st investment property. She had greater expertise and helped us in ways our previous realtor could and did not. She was responsive and helped troubleshoot problems we encountered along the way.

I had been trying to rent our apartment for several weeks with no success when I found Christopher RE Services through an on line search. Emily responded promptly to my inquiry and we were off and running, with Emily giving me great advice all through the process. I don't remember how long it took to find the perfect tenant, but she did, and it was within a reasonable time frame. That was a year ago December, and we continue to be grateful to Emily for her expertise, her energy, and her enthusiasm. We cannot recommend Emily highly enough.

Emily was very helpful in helping us find our new home. we had a very specific geographic area and square footage that we required. we were impressed with her knowledge of building material (stucco in particular) that helped us avoid a few "lemons". She was very diligent in finding a home that fit all our criteria at a great price.
