She even brought to my attention a local tax that I was unaware of that had been paid at the time of original purchase. It wasn’t significant to me but it was important that the buyer was aware. We always worry about the big obvious things, but it’s just as important to have someone looking out for all of it. The contract and settlement went very smoothly and there were no last minute fire drills to concern either myself or the buyer. All parties involved were happy after closing.
