First time home buyers here! Obviously we had a lot of questions and it took some time to figure out what exactly we wanted. Emil was very patient and helpful with us during the whole process. His opening questionnaire helped my Fiancé and I start the conversation on what would be most important in our first home and he had no problem creating multiple searches for us and setting up appointments across the tampa market before we narrowed down on our preferred neighborhood and must-haves. When we found the right home, he was very efficient in getting everything done and made sure we understood each step. We are excited to start the next chapter in our home and very appreciative to Emil!
