Emil provides white glove service on all transactions. This particular transaction was fraught with requests from the buyers agent that conflicted with the signed contract. Making it clear that the buyers agent did not align the contract to the buyers expectations or perhaps hadn't read it at all, even through multiple addendums. None the less, Emil handled it all with professionalism and appropriate push back when necessary. Emil always goes above and beyond when representing his clients. I highly recommend his services.
