Emil was very knowledgeable and an excellent negotiator. He goes all out to help his clients. He scheduled inspections. he did a video walk through after repairs were done. He hired an electrical contractor to perform work. He was very thorough.
First time home buyers here! Obviously we had a lot of questions and it took some time to figure out what exactly we wanted. Emil was very patient and helpful with us during the whole process. His opening questionnaire helped my Fiancé and I start the conversation on what would be most important in our first home and he had no problem creating multiple searches for us and setting up appointments across the tampa market before we narrowed down on our preferred neighborhood and must-haves. When we found the right home, he was very efficient in getting everything done and made sure we understood each step. Emil was extremely helpful in assisting our relocation to the Tampa/Clearwater area. I had used Zillow to locate homes for sale in a particular area. Emil provided additional listings based on his knowledge of the area. After going to look at a house I had found on Zillow, Emil suggested I look at a house for sale directly across the street. I loved it.. we ended up buying it! When I asked Emil why that house did not show up for me, it was because the house cost less than the low end of my search. It was a great buy at a great price. Emil was very helpful and recommend him to anyone looking to buy in the Clearwater area.

Following a couple stays in Pinellas County, we decided early 2016 to buy a house for our holiday and our retirement. After months of fruitless search we were connected with Emil Veltre of Keller Williams Gulfside Realty, and it changed our research.
