Emil was extremely helpful in assisting our relocation to the Tampa/Clearwater area. I had used Zillow to locate homes for sale in a particular area. Emil provided additional listings based on his knowledge of the area. After going to look at a house I had found on Zillow, Emil suggested I look at a house for sale directly across the street. I loved it.. we ended up buying it! When I asked Emil why that house did not show up for me, it was because the house cost less than the low end of my search. It was a great buy at a great price. Emil was very helpful and recommend him to anyone looking to buy in the Clearwater area.
