Elton and Sonja were so helpful in my home buying experience. Using their 25 years of experience they were able to help me find the right place to call home. From informing me on the home buying prosses to finding potential homes, I always felt that I was making the right decision while working with Elton and Sonja.

Had good communication with them and was very helpful and accurate on getting me in to look at listings. Was a great agent to deal with buying and selling both.

The Davis Team listens to you. They were very responsive to my needs and questions. They were very kind and patient with me even after showing me 20 plus houses, but when I found the one, it was all hands on deck. They made sure everything went smooth and quickly. We were looking for a house within a small time frame and after the first phone call was made to Mr. and Mrs. Davis, they became laser focused on meeting our expectations. They provided several houses that matched our needs (large kitchen space, fireplace etc). The two best attributes I will continue to praise is their attention to detail and availability. Regarding attention to detail, we often overlooked things during the showings that the Davis' readily brought to our attention to consider before purchasing. Examples include foundation potential issues, electric panel wiring concerns, neighborhood pros and cons to consider and floor plan considerations. We called and/or text the Davis' through the week day and night regarding questions, showings etc and they would always respond back in a timely manner with an answer. I would highly recommend Elton and Sonja Davis to help you find your next dream house! We love them so much, we still keep in contact with them and ask their opinion about home expansion plans we have.
