It is incredible that Elmer was so patient with us. My fiancé and I started off as naive open house wanderers with little money and it was a blessing that we eventually met Elmer of which I was immediately impressed by his depth of knowledge and his ability to explain the process. My husband and I needed an agent to help with the sale of our condo. With three kids in tow, we needed an agent who would be efficient and really help us make a good sale.
