My wife Carol and I hired Elliott after having our house on the market for six months and two failed attempts with buyers that couldn't close. I believe there was one Open House in that time. Elliott came on scene on October 10th and we closed the day before Thanksgiving! He had at least five days of open houses, with one being a brokers open which gives other agents a chance to see if they have buyers looking for a home like ours. He effectively screened potential buyers for their ability to purchase and kept us up to date without us having to call and see if he was doing a good job. The best part though, was after the house sold I met with his client and she told me about how he took over her listing that wasn’t selling, provided expert advice, pricing and a game plan for getting it sold which included our staging services, and he ultimately knocked it out of the park by getting them multiple offers!
