Ellen is our secret weapon! We will not touch real estate without her.
Ellen’s our secret weapon! Our super-powered, ultra-equipped Swiss army knife of better-than-ever expected real estate deals. Ellen is that magic wizard expert you selfishly should keep for yourself but can't help yourself from sharing a raving review with the world to support her because she is that good. We met Ellen through business. On every project, of every size, we found her consistently to be a stunningly articulate, precise, timely, and demanding customer. We were struck by her consistent attention to detail, expectation of perfection, and realistic perspective when it came to problem solving her projects whether the obstacles were design related, budgetary, or logistical. Truly a pleasure to do business with. So, we made her our real estate broker. She was at Sotheby’s then, and equally exceptional, but we are thrilled for her to be operating within her own firm now. It’s extremely comforting to know that Ellen and Amanda are in charge and calling all the shots. She's supremely honest, ethical, process oriented, and principled - traits hard to find in professionals in S.Florida - especially in real estate. Worries are put to rest before they even rise when you trust your broker. That's why Ellen is our go to. Ellen has not only handled our affairs seamlessly, but at the same time saved the deal for us by identifying and solving problems that the other parties' brokers either caused or failed to address. Like an octopus, when you are in what seems to be Ellen's 8 moving hands, real estate gets done even in the most difficult conditions... difficult is an understatement of some of what we have served her up. Both as seller and buyer, Ellen has delivered us a better deal than we ever expected, or even though possible. She’s made bonafede miracles happen for us. Meticulous, wicked good negotiator. Despite having successfully "sold by seller" in the past, now that we have her, we never again would think about touching real estate without her.
