Ellen was always available and since we were doing a long distance purchase we needed her a lot. We wound putting bids on 4 or 5 houses (seller's market) and 3 or 4 bids with the crazy seller of the house we bought. She was always cheerful and accommodating. She's truly a Sun City expert!
