Ellen was professional, warm and listened to all my needs and wants. She didn't waste my time by showing me houses that weren't suited. When the right house cane up, she wasted no time and scheduled me in the same day it came on the market. It was perfect. I can't praise her or thank her enough. It developed a landscape problem after we signed but before we closed. She handled everything and made it happen.
