Wow, Ellen! Wow! This was my reaction when Ellen presented more than 5 offers for my consideration just 4 days after the house was officially listed, with many of them well over our expectation. Ellen was methodical in planning the entire listing process (in the mist of us moving out), very familiar with the market condition in pinpointing the optimal listing price (unlike many realtors we interviewed who completely low-balled the range), beyond patient and prompt in answering all of our numerous questions, and always empathetic toward our concerns and nervousness. She employed great strategies to get the potential buyers to put forth their best offers so we saved time from going back and forth. She followed up on every issue we raised, and suggested ways to deal with them. Even after the house was under contract, she continued to be our much needed resource in dealing with inspection demands. The result spoke for itself. The house was closed in 1.5 months, above asking price.
