Ellen was my selling-savior! She knows the Real Estate in's and out's, to-do lists, the latest technology, staging techniques, and who to contact for everything. She helped with every detail, including setting up the final meter readings for all the utilities. She is in contact communication and really knows the market. I HIGHLY recommend her!

I wish there where more stars in each category. Ellen went above and beyond, during what was a very difficult process for us (1st homebuyers). She was able to help us narrow down our search by explaining the pros/cons of various towns/neighborhoods. Ellen helped point us toward other professionals (broker and lawyer) that we would also recommend. She was able to be both diplomatic and firm with a inflexible and unrealistic seller.
