Ellen was my selling-savior! She knows the Real Estate in's and out's, to-do lists, the latest technology, staging techniques, and who to contact for everything. She helped with every detail, including setting up the final meter readings for all the utilities. She is in contact communication and really knows the market. I HIGHLY recommend her!

She was very professional and always timely ready to answered our questions and clarify our doubts. We were looking for a house to buy here in Newton, MA when we were still in Texas and she was great on keeping us posted on new listing, great opportunity and guiding us through all the new regulations that we were not familiar with. Useful advice about school, especially for us, because we have special needs children in the family. She has a list of people who you can trust to do small and bigger work in the house as well as suggestion on things to do in the area. I wish there where more stars in each category. Ellen went above and beyond, during what was a very difficult process for us (1st homebuyers). She was able to help us narrow down our search by explaining the pros/cons of various towns/neighborhoods. Ellen helped point us toward other professionals (broker and lawyer) that we would also recommend. She was able to be both diplomatic and firm with a inflexible and unrealistic seller. We will definitely use for any future buying or selling needs and highly recommend her to anyone else looking for a realtor.
