Her knowledge of the local Charlotte market, her professionalism in meeting with property managers and contractors to ensure the smooth process in selling my townhome, and her reliability in making sure every detail was covered, was by far the best real estate transaction I have been a part of! Because the property was out of state for me, Ellen met with vendors and contractors and provided quick updates to all involved as to next steps in the process. The property was renovated for several weeks prior to the sale and any item that was needed at Lowe's or measurements to be taken for the contractor, Ellen was on top of. Her work with the closing team was also exceptional! Any questions I had, she would follow up and of course, with a quick reply. And to have an offer within two days was the best bonus! I highly recommend Ellen, she is AWESOME!!
