Elle Smith Rocks!

From the get go, Elle came prepared with excellent comps, and expertly priced our house. She toured the house, asked the right questions, knew the market and trends, and even spotted upgrades I had forgotten about. Our house was on the market for one day and she had it under contract, walked us through the process, was always available, even at odd hours/weekends, for any questions or concerns I had, and had it sold in 2 weeks. She is definitely NOT a "9-5'er". I can't recommend her highly enough! 5 stars doesn't begin to cover her above and beyond dedication to her clients.
