Ella was very knowledgeable and understood my needs. She was there with me Thru my entire 14 month buying experience. I couldn't have hung in there without her. She made herself available whenever I called (which was often). I had a stress buying experience with new construction but Ella always calmed me, her communication was excellent. She always went to bat for me when needed. I would highly recommend Ella to anyone in need of a realtor.
