The last three homes I owned were purchased with cash and little to-do so, when it came time to purchase a new place, I sought out the help of a professional to assist me through a real estate market unlike that dealt with 20 years ago. Ella was referred by my niece and, having known the Hilson family from years ago, I called her to help. She and I clicked and just having guidance through the whole process, from multiple showings all the way through closing, was of great value to me. "Ella Pruitt did an amazing job helping my mother find her new home and her new business locations. She also helped my sister find an amazing new home. I never even considered working with another broker because I knew she was who I would go to before I was even ready to start looking. When I was ready, Ella was there every step of the way. She was on top of things from start to finish and always made sure to communicate with me, even when the mortgage company or lender failed to. Unfortunately, I think due to COVID and the current state of the nation, we hit quite a few unusual hiccups in the process (stemming from the mortgage company and lender) that Ella helped me navigate through despite her own inexperience with the issues.
