I started looking for a home last year. The realtor i had was very unorganized and didn't know about the area i wanted to buy a home in. And after only seeing 3 homes he wanted me to buy already. We have used Ella on another property that we purchased. We are very pleased with how she handles everything , she is on top with everything. Our unit sold quickly it was over a holiday weekend , we had already bought another unit from Ella and was moving in to that one, she had a quick response on getting it on line . The unit sold fast. Ella goes out of her way to work with buyers I would not use anyone else as long as she is in business.

Ella was very professional, courteous, and motivated to help us find our home from the very first phone call all the way to the last through some very trying and stressful times. She always answered her phone, and always responded promptly to every email, and there were many! My loan officer even told me how on top of things she was throughout every phase of the process, and because of that we were the first clients he had to close on a VA loan in 45 days. I know she was just our agent, but in the end we consider her to be our friend!
