This was the 2nd property Ella has sold for me. Both times bringing a better price than we expected. It's also the third time purchasing a home with her. I honestly can't say enough good things about her. She is truly amazing and the one you want on your team. She knows the market, the area and all the players involved making for smooth transactions. If things go wrong like they did for us on one of these home buying transactions. (no fault of hers or ours) The largest title insurance company in the United State was hacked shutting down all closings in multiple title companies) She was the one leading the way working tirelessly with lenders, realtors, and title companies. She organized it all and kept everyone moving forward through to closing.

Ella works so hard to get your home sold and make her clients happy. She has sold several homes for us and helped us buy too. There is a reason that she sells so many homes. She is always upbeat and friendly. The only constructive criticism I can offer is that she is so busy that she loses track of texts/e-mails in the probably hundreds that she gets per day.
