Ella did an excellent job of explaining all of the steps that were taken during the process of selling our house! She constantly communicated any changes or updates that were made by texting or calling as needed. She was amazing at advertising our house and getting it on the market quickly, and also made the appropriate adjustments as needed to reflect the current market value of the house. She was extremely patient in dealing with us and answering all of our questions, as this was the first time we had sold a property. We could not have had a better experience throughout this process, and we chose the most amazing, efficient realtor possible!
