I have sold 5 homes in Orange County over the years. This was the best experience. With Liz help as an interior decorator/ real estate agent, we literally redid the home in 60 days. She staged the home- had an open house on two Saturdays and received nine bids- three over asking. Closed escrow in 30 days- the highest priced home in the development. Between the flyers, face book- attention to detail- even assisting in the landscaping. Extremely ethical, prompt, attention to detail. Can't say enough.
