Just the Best!

We contacted Liz when we decided to start looking for a home in Port Saint Lucie as she had the listing for a home we were interested in. That home was already under contract but Liz became our buyer’s agent in showing us homes over a three day period. We found Liz to be accommodating to our schedule and just a joy to work with. Once she knew what we wanted she did her research to find homes that fit what we were looking for as well as doing the same research for homes we were finding online. She knew the neighborhoods well and she quickly understood the things that were important to us. Every home we were shown had those elements we wanted within the price range and amenity list that we had specified which made our search pinpoint. Since we were out of town buyers, once we decided on the home we wanted and had made an offer, she took on the role of meeting up with various inspectors at the house and saw us through the entire process through the close until we owned it. After the purchase, Liz was there with recommendations for various trades to hire (painter, electrician, and pool service) and all her recommendations were spot on and excellent. This was a perfect partnership that ended with us with us owning a beautiful new home and havng a lovely new friend on top of having done a terrific job in her role as realtor. We could not recommend her any higher.
