Elizabeth turned out to represent buyer as well as myself. So awful. I am widow. Didnt know enough about real estate to got taken. Double dipping should not be allowed. I felt terribly under represented. She was working for the buyer. Not me. After the house was under agreement and before closing she allowed the buyer and his eorkers access to my house when i was not there. It was wothout my permission or knowledge. Comcast equuipment had been left there and disappeared. No one else entered the house but buyer and his workers this was incredibly unethical and upsetting. Finding out workers for the buyer were in my house ehile i still owned it was unthinkable. I was told by the guard gate. This i think is unethical and tresspassing in my home!! I was happy in the end to sell my house even with the lowball offer but i would check into my realtor better the next time!!
We found Liz randomly when we were searching for agents in the area we were looking. As first time homebuyers I feel like we got lucky finding her. She listened to exactly what we were looking for and never showed us houses she knew we didn't like or were way out of our price range. She was always happy to look at a house even if we turned around at the doorway and headed back out and if we had questions she would get answers quickly for us. If I ever know someone looking in the area I would gladly recommend her to friends and family.
Elizabeth was the absolute best! Made the sale of our home completely stress free! We were selling for the first time and Elizabeth made the entire process super easy and any questions or concerns I had she put right at ease. We moved to another state during the selling process and I never felt in the dark about anything, she kept us in the loop with everything. Elizabeth did a excellent job of informing me of the current housing market and the value of the properties that I was in competition with. She did an excellent job with holding open houses . She also has a great resource for photographing your property. You will not be disappointed with her as your realtor.

Liz Schweitzer provided incredible help in locating and ultimately closing on our home in Port St. Lucie. We were only going to be in the area for a few days to look at homes. Liz was prepared, knew the area, quickly assessed what we were looking for, and found us a home! Liz was patient with us as we worked to push for a closing inside of 30 days. She also made herself available after the sale to help keep an eye on the home (vacant until Summer 2024). I would recommend her services to anyone looking to re-locate to the area.
Best real estate experience, but also what a wonderful person. Liz is professional and extremely knowledgeable with such a positive energy. She knew exactly what was wanted in this house purchase and was able to execute without me even being here to see it in person. She was there every step of the way communicating with the loan officer, title company, etc… right by your side she made the process comfortable and effortless.
Liz and her husband hired people to help us empty the house, at the finish, power wash the house and sold it almost immediately. It was a lot of work for my husband and myself as we were selling 2 homes at the same time. When I’d feel I couldn’t make it, she’d step in and pick up the pieces! I’d highly recommend!!!
