Liz and her husband hired people to help us empty the house, at the finish, power wash the house and sold it almost immediately. It was a lot of work for my husband and myself as we were selling 2 homes at the same time. When I’d feel I couldn’t make it, she’d step in and pick up the pieces! I’d highly recommend!!!

Liz totally delivered on everything she said she would do to get my home sold. She even bought mulch and flowers for the front of the house to make it more appealing! She went above and beyond in all aspect of selling our home. We were out to dinner, I picked up one of the magazines that are free. I couldnt believe that my house was on the back cover! Liz is a pro at marketing. I could not be more impressed with how quickly she will get back to you. When I was at my wit's end after the movers left a ton of stuff, I called her and she came right over and helped me move it in her truck. She saved me many trips, and my sanity! She answered all my questions, even after the sale! I highly reccommend Liz and Dan. Total professionals, very knowledgable and friendly.
Liz and Dan held my hand throughout this whole experience. It wasn’t the easiest of deals, and even when the buyer walked away, and the contract was null and void, she was willing to let me step in and try to save the deal. That showed teamwork! After many other “experiences” 😂 we Closed! I’d highly recommend.

Market knowledge Liz new the area very well and understood what we were trying to achieve. We lived in Michigan and Liz became our eyes and ears on the ground in Lucie West. We became more understanding of what it would take to make the move, from new listings to previewing listings to videos of what she was finding in real time along with showing our friends before an offer would go in on a home. A few offers with no success. At the beginning of 2022 on the 1/3/2022 Liz found a great fit for us and understanding time was of the essence Liz previewed it videoed and showed it to our friends, the offer was made same day and excepted while others were recovering from holiday spending celebrating or just taking a break! I'm in NY with a house in Florida occupied by a paying tenant... a good tenant. I interviewed quite a few R.E.A ( Real Estate Agents ) before and after Elizabeth. I decided to go with Elizabeth for the following reasons: She took the worry of an occupied house, worked with the tenant to stage and show the house which was sold in record time. She took the concern I had of a certain $ figure that I wanted to get after the sale and delivered! You could say market timing and good tenant but the other agents wanted to wait until lease was over.. was unsure about pricing.. Elizabeth only saw success and delivered above expectations. Filling out forms on my phone and esigning was a challenge at times when I tried filling out on my cell phone in wifi challenged spots.. Elizabeth stayed patient and professional. She stood out among all the other professionals that I had spoken with and dealt with not only for this transaction but all the other RE transactions I have done over the years. Liz was always available to my calls and texts. She returned messages quickly. Answered all my stupid questions. Was there every step of the way. She knows the area snd she knows the market. She even got us a good inspector at closing. Very thorough. I would definitely recommend Liz Schweitzer.
