She exceeded my expectations of what to expect from a real estate agent and I don’t think that I could have picked a better person when I needed help finding then purchasing my new home. As a first time home buyer, I was basically clueless when it came to the home buying process. I had never stepped foot in an open house, never shopped for houses online, and didn't even really know what I was looking for. Liz went above and beyond in helping me navigate the waters between life-long renter to first-time buyer. She made the time to meet with me and discuss my life situation, my all-over-the-map ideas on home buying, and my concerns about making the big leap. After I determined buying a house was the right choice for me, Liz gave me advice on how to determine the suitability of a house for my needs, and gave me myriad resources to aid in my home search. She even advised against houses that would stretch me financially (even though it meant less income for her) and helped me find a house that ticked all the boxes on my wish list. From our first meeting through post-closing, Liz always had my best interest in mind and I could tell she really cared about what was best for me. She showed a lot of patience with me, taught me a lot about real estate, and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process before moving forward. Liz was very responsive to all of my questions; took me on many, many showings; talked me through my concerns when I felt overwhelmed or nervous; and helped me find a great place at a great price. It has been two years since I closed on my home and Liz recently helped me with the concierge service to find reasonable and reputable electricians to do some upgrades for me. I am extremely pleased with Liz's professionalism and personal care she put into working with me. She truly wants the best for people and will make sure you are well taken care of every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me with such a big life decision.

Liz was wonderful. It was a challenging process as the market is very tight right now and I had a limited budget/specific wants. Liz put in the extra effort to keep going out over and over. Despite many setbacks (difficult sellers, multiple offer situations, houses with significant problems, and painfully limited inventory), Liz remained in good cheer and kept-up my spirits even when I was really discouraged. As a first time home buyer, Liz was very patient with me, helping educate and advise so I could make informed decisions and feel comfortable. When we finally got to an accepted offer, we found a difficult seller and seller’s agent who acted highly unethically. Liz worked with her branch VP and legal to provide me good advice and ensure I was protected. Even after the closing, Liz continues to be a resource of advice and support. I’m sure I wasn't one of Liz's most profitable clients, yet I felt like I received the same attention as if I was buying a million dollar home. Liz clearly has integrity and commitment that puts her in an elite group, not just in real estate but in people. I can't imagine using anyone else when I'm ready to sell.

Liz was is a very talented realtor. She helped me buy a home that was suitable for my family. We toured numerous homes until I found the right home. She is very good with time as she was able to reserve showings on all the home I wanted to tour. She gave me very good recommendations which led me to buy the best house in my area. I look forward to working with Liz in the future. Hopefully my 2nd house.
