Wishing I could give a TEN star review (Google only allows up to five). My husband and I had been in our home for 25+ years, we were curious how the process would be after all these years. Found Liz, we got a great vibe right away from our first meeting. SO glad we chose her to be our realtor, she was professional, responsive, helpful, patient with all our questions from first day to last. Really I can't think of ANYTHING she could have done to make the process easier for us. Great common sense, practical advice, and she has great professional help for photography and staging too. Of course this market usually means a quick sell -- she was dead on the money for what our house sold for. Liz was so attentive and helpful even AFTER our house sold, and remained so through closing. Cannot recommend Liz too much.
