I was dragging my feet about selling my home and unsure of where to begin. After meeting with a number Selling Agents, I decided to give Liz Rogers a try based on personal references. I am so glad I did!! Liz came in with a game plan and stuck to it. My house was on the market in a week, and we had multiple acceptable offers within 2 days of hitting the market. She was there for me 24/7 to talk me off the ledge (when needed) and followed through on every commitment. Liz did all of the prep work to include an amazing walk-through video that gave buyers a first-hand look at our property. Additionally, I was scheduled for surgery which would lay me up for 6 weeks and Liz negotiated a plan with the buyer that would allow me to stay in our home until able to pack out and move (2 months).
