From listing to closing, Liz was exceptional. She knows the market extremely well and listed and priced our house with speed and precision. Liz started her process by doing a walk through of our home and creating a list of recommended items we should do to get the house ready for listing (painting, decluttering, furniture arrangement etc.). Once this was completed, she set a date for the house to come on the market and began staging the house for photos, which her and her team do as part of their services. The up front work paid off tremendously as our home sold in 2 days for way over asking price! Her work did not stop there as she helped guide us through the buyer's inspection, town fire/ smoke alarm inspection, appraisal, scheduling movers and finally with the closing. Liz was always responsive, detailed and attentive to all of our needs and she will be a great broker for any one looking to buy or sell a home in this area.

Liz is the best real estate agent I have worked with! She made recommendations as to what needed to be done to get top dollar for my home and she kept me apprised the entire time. There was a contract on the home in less than a week, significantly over asking price and she kept me informed every step of the way through closing. She is very smart and knows the market. Liz Parcells is a highly professional and extremely effective real estate broker. In July 2021, she sold our townhouse within one month of its listing. After our first bidder changed his mind, I recommended that we reduce the price $50,000. Liz thought that was too much of a reduction so we went with a $25,000 cut. It sold in a few days.
